Welcome! My name is Hollie Corkum Sears and I'm a proud Canadian, pilot's wife and mother of two wild and crazy kids. I have a form of inflammatory arthritis called Axial Spodyloarthritis which is an autoimmune disease that attacks large joints, mostly in the pelvis and spine. While thankfully its mild in my case, it has caused my spinal discs to start to degenerate which lead to chronic back pain. With diet and lifestyle changes, PRP injections and and proper supplementation, I'm now virtually pain free. But its a daily struggle to keep moving and not allowing myself to eat all the treats! I have made these changes slowly over the last 20 years or so and now consider myself an expert in gut health and how it affects autoimmune disease, mental health and hormones.

As a Canadian trained, Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant (R.H.N), we believe that a diet of whole, natural, alive and good quality food is the key to lasting health. I use these principles as a starting place for my clients.

​​Movement is so important for physical and mental health and I have been teaching yoga for 12 years in Canada, the Caribbean and now here in Abu Dhabi. I trained with the amazing Eoin Finn and Blissology (RYT200hr) in 2011 and became a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) in 2016. In 2022, I completed my RYT500hr advanced training with Eoin Finn.

I used to be a chronic acne sufferer (a telltale sign of inflammation). In 2017 I worked with Dr. Stacey Shillington from Naturopathic Beauty and cleared my skin for good using root cause medicine. I now work with Stacey on her team. I'm so grateful to get to work with these beauties, helping them clear their acne and regain their confidence as well as their health.  

I'm passionate about aromatherapy and the power of natural plant compounds for both mental and physical wellness. I've been a dōTERRA Wellness Advocate for 10 years. Sharing how I use the oils in all areas of life daily. I'm so excited for dōTERRA to finally be launching in the UAE fall 2023.
